1. Overview

The TicketLane Referral Program (“Program”) allows existing Organizers (“Referrers”) to invite new Organizers (“Referees”) to the platform. Both parties may receive an advertising credit as described below, subject to these Referral Terms.

2. Eligibility

• Only registered Organizers with an active TicketLane account are eligible to participate as Referrers.
• The Referee must be a new Organizer who has not previously created an event on TicketLane.
• The Referee must use the unique referral link or code provided by the Referrer at the time of registration or event creation.

3. Referral Reward

• Both the Referrer and the Referee will each receive a €20 advertising credit.
• The advertising credit is granted only after the Referee completes their first paid event on TicketLane (i.e., an event where at least one ticket has been sold and the event has concluded).
• The credit can be used solely for advertising or promotional services on the TicketLane platform and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Credit Issuance

• Credits will be applied to the respective Organizer accounts within 14 days after the successful completion of the Referee’s first paid event.
• TicketLane reserves the right to verify event completion and eligibility before issuing credits.

5. Limitations

• Self-referrals or attempts to create multiple accounts to benefit from the referral program are strictly prohibited.
• Each Referee can only be referred once; duplicate or fraudulent referrals will be void.
• TicketLane may cap the number of referral rewards per Organizer per calendar year at its sole discretion.

6. Misuse and Termination

• Any abuse or manipulation of the Program, as determined by TicketLane, will result in disqualification from the Program and forfeiture of any pending or future credits.
• TicketLane reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Program at any time without notice.

7. Changes to Referral Terms

TicketLane may modify these Referral Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
