The Organiser reserves the right to add, withdraw, or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements, or audience capacity. These changes should not materially affect the nature of the Event and may occur due to instructions from authorities, artist unavailability, or other circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control. - (ii) the loss or damage is a direct and reasonably foreseeable consequence of that breach.
The Organiser is not responsible for actions of third parties, including exhibitors or performers.
If the Event is planned to take place outdoors, it will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the appointed safety officer. While efforts will be made to secure an alternative indoor venue, no refunds will be provided due to adverse weather if the Event proceeds.
The Organiser assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property brought to the Event.
Attendees may be filmed, photographed, or sound recorded during the Event by the Organiser or its authorized partners, including sponsors. These recordings may be used for broadcast, publication, marketing, security, or other purposes without additional consent or compensation.
