Terms & Conditions

A valid ticket must be presented to gain entry to the Event. Alteration, removal of any part, or copying of the ticket may render it invalid.
The Organiser reserves the right to add, withdraw, or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements, or audience capacity. These changes should not materially affect the nature of the Event and may occur due to instructions from authorities, artist unavailability, or other circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control. The Organiser is not responsible for any costs incurred for travel, accommodation, or other related expenses due to rescheduling, cancellation, relocation, or other changes to the Event.
Tickets may only be resold or transferred through TicketLane, where the Organiser allows it and never above the price paid. Tickets resold elsewhere or for profit may be invalidated, and entry to the Event denied.
For safety purposes, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission and conduct security searches where deemed necessary.
The Organiser is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death unless:
- (i) there has been a breach of the Organiser's legal obligations; and
- (ii) the loss or damage is a direct and reasonably foreseeable consequence of that breach.
The Organiser is not responsible for actions of third parties, including exhibitors or performers.
If the Event is planned to take place outdoors, it will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the appointed safety officer. While efforts will be made to secure an alternative indoor venue, no refunds will be provided due to adverse weather if the Event proceeds.
The Organiser assumes no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property brought to the Event.
Attendees may be filmed, photographed, or sound recorded during the Event by the Organiser or its authorized partners, including sponsors. These recordings may be used for broadcast, publication, marketing, security, or other purposes without additional consent or compensation.
